Banks have been handing out loans and credit cards to illegal aliens, and finally, someone in Washington is doing something about it. The Trump administration’s regulators have just drawn a line in the sand: No more special financial favors for people who break our laws to come here. It’s about time! Americans have watched, jaw agape, for years as the ruling class and open-borders lobby bent over backward for people who shouldn’t even be here—handing out perks, services, and, apparently, fistfuls of cash from our own banks.
Let’s call this what it is: lunacy. Banks were flooding illegals with loans and mortgages, as if borrowing money needed to be even easier for those who already ignored America’s laws. Not only is this a slap in the face to the hard-working citizens who play by the rules, but it’s downright reckless. If someone’s in the country illegally, and could get deported any day, how is a bank supposed to collect when the bills go unpaid? It’s no wonder federal regulators stepped in after being “surprised” by how often this was happening.
Of course, the left and their globalist allies are furious about this crackdown. They’ll scream about so-called “human rights” and “inclusion.” But what about the rights of Americans trying to get a fair shot at home ownership or building their businesses? Why should a citizen be competing with someone who came here illegally for a home loan? Only in Biden’s America are the needs of illegal aliens prioritized above the livelihoods of our own people.
President Trump clearly understands this. That’s why his team is pushing financial institutions to think twice before giving away American credit to rulebreakers. They’ve even discussed making banks check citizenship status before handing out services. Of course, liberals gasp at the idea. But if you want the privileges of American life, you should earn them the legal way—period.
Here’s the bottom line: The days of treating illegal aliens better than American citizens must end. For too long, government bureaucrats and greedy banks have backed open borders and sacrificed our safety and stability. Enough is enough. Who will stand up for the taxpaying citizens who make this country run? Finally, under strong leadership, we’re seeing policies that put America First. Maybe it’s time the left starts caring more about American families than about impressing their friends in globalist circles.
