Ro Khanna’s shameless pandering to anti-Israel radicals just blew up in his face

Someone needs to break it to Rep. Ro Khanna: The people he’s been pandering to aren’t interested in peace or progress. They want chaos. For the last year, Khanna has bent over backward trying to win over the loudest anti-Israel voices on the Left, thinking it would fast-track his political dreams, maybe even all the way to 2028. Now he’s waking up and realizing these activists were never “his” base—they’ve always been extremists, and he’s just their latest useful idiot.

This is the natural result of Democrats cozying up to radicals who shout about “justice” while waving Palestinian flags and spreading antisemitic poison. Instead of standing up for America’s only true ally in the Middle East, liberals like Khanna figured they could harness the mob for their own ambitions. Now look who’s shocked that appeasing antisemitism hasn’t turned into a ticket to the White House—it’s backfired, spectacularly.

The real hypocrisy is stunning. Liberals spend every election cycle pretending they’re the voice of tolerance, moral clarity, and global democracy. But when it comes down to Israel—a nation fighting for survival—the Left falls right in line behind the worst elements: campus protesters, Twitter agitators, radical globalists, all foaming at the mouth to blame Israel and, by extension, its supporters in America. That’s Khanna’s crowd these days.

It’s proof that appeasement never works—especially not with the far-left. Khanna and his fellow Democrats have tried to ride the tiger, thinking they can keep control because they hold a blue checkmark or two. But the anti-Israel mob isn’t interested in politics as usual. They want officials to denounce our allies, trash America’s values, and apologize to the world for standing up to evil. When elected liberals try to lead, their own woke base calls them sellouts and turns on them in an instant.

Will Democrats learn anything from this disaster? Or will wannabe presidential hopefuls like Khanna keep caving to hateful extremists just to grab some online clout? The American people deserve leaders who won’t grovel before antisemites and who remember which side they’re on. Maybe Khanna should spend less time cozying up to radicals and more time defending America’s friends. Or is that too much to ask from today’s liberal elite?
