The so-called “leaders” of California and New York love to lecture the rest of America about how to run our lives. They pound their chests, raise taxes, and saddle us with rules, all while promising paradise. But the numbers tell a very different story—people are running for the exits, and they’re taking billions of dollars with them.
It’s not hard to see why. California and New York are sinking under the weight of sky-high taxes, endless red tape, and liberal policies that reward freeloaders while punishing the people who work hard. The rich, the middle class, and everyday taxpayers are moving their families and their businesses to freedom-loving states where the government actually respects their money and their choices.
These Democrat strongholds have become playgrounds for globalist elites and out-of-touch politicians who care more about virtue signaling than real results. While they pose for cameras and dream up new ways to spend our money, they fail at their one basic job: keeping taxpayers happy and safe. Instead, families are hit with skyrocketing crime, failing schools, and out-of-control costs. Who wants to pay more for less?
Let’s not pretend this is just some random population shift. When people vote with their feet, it means they’ve given up hope. They no longer believe their state will turn around. They want sanity, security, and a shot at the American dream—the kind of life liberals keep promising while delivering chaos. And as those hard-working folks leave, they take economic energy with them, leaving the blue states weaker than ever.
If California and New York are the leftist model for America’s future, maybe we should ask: why do so many Americans want nothing to do with it? If liberal policy works, why are their people running like the house is on fire? The truth speaks for itself.
