How Alaska is Taking Back America’s Military Power and Beating China at Its Own Game

America is finally standing up to Communist China, and it’s about time. For too many years, our country has let China, Russia, and even a tiny dictatorship like Tajikistan control the world’s supply of antimony. Most Americans probably don’t realize how much this overlooked metal matters. Without antimony, we can’t make ammunition, night vision, and all sorts of equipment that keeps our soldiers safe and our country strong. Imagine letting our military depend on the whims of Beijing for the tools it needs to defend our freedom.

Of course, liberals have spent years ignoring this obvious national security threat. Instead, they’d rather talk about “green energy” and push for electric cars made with Chinese batteries. Meanwhile, China quietly built a monopoly on a mineral we desperately need. That’s what happens when you let climate-obsessed globalists run the show—they hand the keys to America’s safety over to our enemies for the sake of “international cooperation.”

Thankfully, there are still leaders in this country who put America first. When President Trump called for “Mine, baby, mine,” liberal heads exploded. They cried about the environment and tried to shut down American mining. But the truth is, Alaska’s vast mineral wealth is a goldmine for our security and independence. The left is fine with strip-mining other countries, but the moment Americans want to use our own resources to protect ourselves, they can’t run fast enough to the courts to block common sense.

Now, Alaska is leading the charge to break China’s grip. Developing our own antimony supply isn’t just smart economics—it’s about taking our destiny back into our own hands. Every shipment of American-mined antimony is one less bullet or night vision lens relying on Xi Jinping’s good mood. That’s real progress, not the fake kind cooked up in DC committee rooms.

While liberal elites wring their hands over “offending” foreign powers or worry about the feelings of activists in San Francisco, real Americans know what matters. A nation without control over its critical minerals is a nation on its knees. Thank goodness some leaders still understand that. The only real question is why anyone who calls themselves an American would ever trust Beijing or Moscow with our future.
