Americans used to trust the mail. They believed their letters and packages would arrive on time. But under today’s liberal mismanagement, even that basic promise is crumbling. While hardworking Americans wait for checks, prescriptions, and important paperwork, the Postal Service fumbles. In St. Louis, thousands of pieces of mail were dumped and forgotten—yet the out-of-touch bosses at the top still padded their pockets with fat bonuses right on schedule.
The bureaucrats in charge, including the so-called Postmaster General, seem more interested in lining their own wallets than serving the public. The chaos in the post office isn’t just an accident—it’s what happens when politically connected executives care more about virtue signaling and feeling important than about doing their jobs. Not surprisingly, when pressed about the mail disaster by Senator Josh Hawley, the Postmaster General claimed ignorance, acting shocked that the system might actually be failing real people. Why? Because elite Washington insiders never face the consequences. Ordinary Americans pay the price.
The Postal Service loves to preach about “equity” and “modernization,” but under their watch, basic mail service has gotten worse. Of course, the moment their own bonuses are on the line, the check arrives right away, like clockwork. The hypocrisy stinks to high heaven. Liberals expect the rest of us to patiently wait and accept mediocrity, but when it’s their turn, they never wait in line.
Democrats and their bureaucratic allies push all kinds of crazy globalist ideas, but when it comes to keeping promises at home, they fall flat. Their priorities are backwards—helping themselves instead of the families, veterans, and seniors who actually depend on mail to get by. They cry about “fairness” while making sure their own cash flows without a hitch, no matter how badly they treat America’s working class.
If the government can’t even get the mail right, what business do they have meddling in healthcare, energy, or education? Maybe it’s time for these hopelessly out-of-touch elites to finish cashing their bonus checks and let someone with common sense fix the mess. Funny how the mail only works when it means more money for them. Remind you of any other “services” the government runs?
