Thom Tillis Sides With Liberals as Republicans Fight to Save Elections

Senator Thom Tillis is proving, once again, why Americans are tired of old, weak politicians clinging to power while betraying conservative values. He’s already picked out his retirement home, but instead of using his final months in the Senate to actually fight for North Carolina and our country, he’s determined to kneecap fellow Republicans who want to protect our elections. It’s disgraceful.

While real conservatives are battling every day for secure elections, leadership like Tillis wants to coast out the door and block real reform. He’s standing in the way of voter safeguards right when we need it most. Does he just want to make sure the left gets another free pass? Or is he more worried about cozying up to his liberal pals in Washington than fulfilling his oath to defend American democracy?

The stakes for November couldn’t be higher. Globalists and Democrats are already scheming to twist the rules, flood the polls with questionable ballots, and erase whatever’s left of honest voting. And yet, instead of leading the charge, Tillis prefers to slam on the brakes. He’s less concerned about protecting the voice of law-abiding citizens than about keeping the DC elite happy. That’s the kind of “Republican” who hands victory to the left without a fight.

This isn’t just disappointing—it’s downright dangerous. For years, progressives have tried to chip away at the integrity of our elections, while establishment Republicans like Tillis have stood by and watched. Now, with his career winding down, he could do something bold to fix the mess. But he’s too busy blocking the very reforms that make our democracy stronger and our country safer.

Why should we trust politicians who won’t fight for the simplest, most fundamental part of our republic: the vote? America’s future doesn’t belong to quitters and backstabbers. Maybe it’s time we send more fighters to Washington—and far fewer Thom Tillises.
