Canada lets wildfires rage while Americans choke on toxic smoke

Wildfires are tearing through Ontario, sending plumes of toxic smoke across the Canadian border and choking millions of Americans from the Midwest to the East Coast. So what is Canada’s government doing? Instead of taking real action to stop the flames or protect citizens, Prime Minister Mark Carney is playing the blame game. He’s dodging every question about his own failures and, like every globalist politician, pointing his finger right at America.

Carney wants to lecture Americans about “climate change,” but here’s the truth: his own government had the job of managing these forests and preventing disasters like this. The simple fact is Canada dropped the ball. They let brush pile up, ignored warning signs, and then acted shocked when disaster struck. Instead of taking responsibility, Carney wants to score cheap political points—demanding more action from the United States while letting his own house burn down.

This is what liberal leadership looks like. They fail at the basics, then hide behind empty slogans and international buzzwords. If smoke from Toronto was pouring over Quebec, do you think Carney would say climate change is everybody’s responsibility? Or would he blame “foreign interference” and demand someone else clean up his mess?

It’s even worse when you realize who pays the price for these failures. American families in the Midwest and Northeast are stuck breathing in toxic haze because a Canadian prime minister would rather virtue signal than govern. Instead of investing in forest management or deploying resources to contain these fires, he’s more interested in using this tragedy as a talking point for climate alarmism.

Of course, the globalists are thrilled. The more they can distract from real problems back home, the more control they gain over our daily lives. But Americans aren’t falling for it. Maybe Carney should spend less time finger-pointing and more time doing his job—unless the smoke is part of his master plan. Why should Americans have to pay the price for Canada’s failures?
