Iran’s Holy War Bluster Exposes How Washington Is Putting Americans at Risk

The leaders of the Islamic Republic of Iran are once again rattling their sabers, this time bragging about their supposed “friends in high places.” Only in the upside-down world of international politics could a backward, theocratic regime seriously claim divine backup while firing shots at the United States. Yet, here they are, dressing up their war games in religious language and expecting the gullible West to ignore the obvious.

For decades, Iran’s rulers have used religion as a weapon, painting every move as part of some holy struggle. Yet our supposed “experts” here in the West claim it’s all just empty talk. They write it off as harmless posturing, not worth paying attention to. That sort of naivety is exactly why Islamic extremists feel emboldened. While Iran talks openly about its religious mission, liberals and their globalist pals treat every sign of hostility as a misunderstanding, or worse, dismiss any concern as Islamophobia. It’s this exact mindset that let Iran’s power grow in the first place.

Let’s get something straight: Iran doesn’t see this as a typical political feud. To them, it’s a sacred mission. Yet the Biden Administration — and their friends in the media — still pretend it’s business as usual. They’d rather negotiate behind closed doors, cut shady deals, and ignore the reality right in front of their faces. The same crowd that dreams of open borders and cozying up to dictators can’t even admit what motivates Iran. That’s incompetence at best, and dangerous at worst.

The real losers in all this? Everyday Americans. While elites at fancy conferences dream up ways to “build bridges,” Iran plots, schemes, and recruits allies in shadowy places. American soldiers are put in harm’s way, our security is undermined, and our enemies keep gaining ground. All because those in power refuse to call a religious war what it really is.

Maybe it’s time for Washington to actually listen — not to Iran’s empty promises, but to their real intentions. If liberals keep plugging their ears and pretending Iran’s threats are just for show, maybe they should explain to the American people what price they’re willing to pay for their blindness. How many times do we have to watch the same mistake before we demand real leadership?
