The carnage included innocent victims whose names and ages police haven’t revealed yet. One thing is clear: our country has a sickness, and it’s not the Second Amendment.
The suspect, a 39-year-old named Chad Hickman, is dead. But don’t expect the liberal media to hold individuals like this accountable; they’ll soon try to twist the story. They’ll talk about “gun violence” as if inanimate objects are making decisions, and they’ll latch onto any excuse to call for more government control. That’s what Democrat leaders in blue states do best: deflect blame from their own broken justice systems while attacking law-abiding citizens’ rights.
Let’s face it: these liberal-run states have created environments where crime festers. Criminals see nothing but weakness, excuses, and soft-on-crime policies. While ordinary Americans get lectured about “equity” and “justice reform,” bad guys know they have little to fear. Meanwhile, working families are the ones living in terror and paying the price, time and time again.
Globalists, progressive elites, and their media cheerleaders act like America can be “fixed” if we just hand the government more power and give up more freedom. That’s always the answer—never a return to personal responsibility, strong families, or police who actually enforce the law. Real solutions are ignored because they don’t fit the left’s endless dreams of control.
Tragedies like this prove that liberal policies are failing at every level. The priority should be protecting families, not coddling criminals or pushing anti-police rhetoric.
