America is finally getting its backbone back. President Trump, never one to shy away from taking bold action, made it clear that once Iran is dealt with, the Strait of Hormuz will be under direct U.S. control. For decades, America’s leaders tiptoed around Iran, letting them boss the world’s most important sea passage. Not Trump. He’s not bowing to international bullies or the whining left who would rather see American ships get harassed than assert any real strength.
Liberals love to wring their hands about “international norms” and “global cooperation.” But where did that get us? Weakness. Embarrassment. Under Obama and Biden, Iran grew confident, threatening oil flow, attacking tankers, even holding American sailors at gunpoint. The left trusted the international community to protect us. Spoiler alert: it never did.
Iran’s leadership acts like it owns the Strait of Hormuz, parading around, pretending they control the world’s oil supply. Meanwhile, progressives act shocked when Trump puts America first. News flash: this stretch of water is too important to leave in the hands of terrorists and tyrants. When Trump talks about taking real ownership and security of the Strait, he’s reminding the world that America isn’t a bystander—it’s the sheriff in town.
Of course, the globalists are already clutching their pearls. They’d sooner let China or Russia call the shots than see the U.S. take real action. The anti-American elites in D.C. love to cave to Iran, scrambling to re-enter failed deals and snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Trump doesn’t do surrender. He does results.
When the enemies of freedom wag their fingers and the media starts their predictable outrage, remember this: America is safer and stronger when it stands tall. Liberals can whine about “imperialism” all they want, but deep down, they know peace comes through strength, not weakness. Will they ever admit it? Don’t hold your breath.
