Al Sharpton and Democrats plot to smear police over closed teen case

It looks like Al Sharpton is at it again, stirring the pot and trying to score cheap political points. The left’s favorite race-baiter has now decided that if Democrats grab the House, they should drag police officers through the mud—just for doing their jobs. The officers investigated the tragic death of 18-year-old Nolan Wells and found no evidence of foul play. But that’s not good enough for Sharpton or his pals on the left.

Once again, Democrats don’t trust the cops unless it fits their narrative. If law enforcement doesn’t come back with the answer they want, the witch hunt begins. Subpoena the police! Question their judgment! Leftists can’t accept evidence or facts—they want drama, political theater, and headlines that fit their never-ending claims of “systemic racism.” Forget about due process or respect for our officers. It’s about keeping their base angry and divided.

This isn’t about finding truth or justice. It’s about power and control. Anytime there’s a high-profile incident involving a black victim, radicals like Sharpton demand a new investigation, a new set of rules, and another chance to attack American institutions. The fact that these Democrats even consider weaponizing Congress against local police shows how little they care about the community, and how desperate they are for a narrative that keeps them relevant.

Let’s not forget—while liberals chase phantom conspiracies and drag police into endless hearings, it’s regular Americans who suffer. The left tramples over police reputations, undermines faith in officers, and then acts surprised when crime keeps climbing. They talk about justice, but what they really want is chaos and control—they’re willing to tear down trust in law enforcement to get it.

Sharpton knows exactly what he’s doing. He’s betting the Democrats will do whatever it takes to turn every tragedy into a sideshow for votes. But how much longer will Americans put up with this circus? Maybe instead of chasing after police who did nothing wrong, Democrats should look in the mirror and fix the messes their policies have left behind. Or is accountability only for everyone else?
