Liberals pour cash into defending accused child killer while victims are ignored

It never fails. When tragedy strikes and common sense points to guilt, the left swoops in—not to defend the victims, but to lift up the accused. Take the stunning case of Lindsey Clancy. This woman’s been accused of murdering her three innocent children. Instead of outrage for the lost lives, liberals are falling over themselves with sympathy—for her! You’d think she was the victim.

There’s a massive donation drive underway. The left, always eager to virtue signal, has raised nearly three-quarters of a million dollars. Not for the families left shattered by this unthinkable crime, but for the woman accused of doing it. The donations are supposedly “for her parents,” but let’s be honest—this is all about excusing the inexcusable. Liberals care more about feelings than justice, more about the accused than the actual victims.

Where’s the compassion for those poor children? Where’s the support for a husband robbed of his entire family in a single night? In the upside-down world of progressivism, the alleged murderer becomes the darling of the hour. If it fits their endless sob story about “mental health” and “systemic issues,” actual evil is swept aside. The left pretends this is about helping a family cope, but it’s just more evidence they’ll twist any crime to fit their agenda.

Progressives always claim to want a safer, kinder America. Yet, time after time, they latch onto criminals and treat them as misunderstood heroes. They blame society, not the individual. They write checks and hashtags instead of demanding justice. The globalist elite and their media allies salivate over every chance to tear down personal responsibility—especially if it makes America look broken.

Those children are gone forever. But the left would rather line the pockets of the accused than spare a second for the real victims. Why is it that liberals find every excuse to champion the people destroying families, while the rest of us are left to mourn in silence? Maybe the real question is: how many more tragedies will it take before the left remembers whose side they should be on?
