Is Ohio Democrat House candidate Leonard hiding something from voters? It sure looks that way. Leonard’s team wants everyone to believe he’s just another “reasonable” liberal. But reports suggest he might be a lot friendlier with the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) than he cares to admit. Why so secretive, Leonard? If you’re so proud of your beliefs, why not own them and let voters decide?
It’s no surprise Democrats try to hide their real agendas during election season. They know most Americans want nothing to do with socialism. Most Americans believe in hard work, faith, and freedom. That’s what made this country great—not government handouts and utopian promises. The left talks a lot about “transparency,” but when it comes to their own radical ties, suddenly it’s all smoke and mirrors.
It’s not just about one candidate. It’s about the bigger game the left is playing. They look to replace church and family with big government. Left-wing activists are more interested in marching in lockstep with unelected globalists than listening to everyday Ohioans. The DSA, after all, isn’t shy about pushing anti-American ideas. Their plan? Tear down what works and replace it with failed socialist experiments. Ask anyone living in California or New York how that’s working out for working families.
Leonard seems to think he can fool voters by hiding this alliance under the table. Maybe he even thinks he can light his candle and jam it under a basket, hoping no one notices the glow. But Ohioans aren’t stupid. They know when someone is putting on a mask. They know double-talk and ducking the truth when they see it.
If being a Democrat Socialist is so wonderful, why hide it? If Leonard believes his vision is what Ohio needs, he should step into the sunlight and run on it. Until then, voters are right to ask: what else is he hiding? If he can’t be honest now, why should we trust him in Congress?
