Luigi Mangione’s guilty plea in the horrific murder of a top UnitedHealthcare executive shows just how broken our system has become. Instead of protecting American citizens and our leaders, liberal policies let criminals roam free until devastation strikes. Brian Thompson, a hardworking CEO who pushed for the security of American health care, is dead because of weak politicians and soft-on-crime leftists. This is the tragic price we pay for the left’s obsession with “restorative justice” and open doors for those who never deserved a second chance.
Let’s not ignore the facts. Mangione didn’t fall through the cracks—he strolled through them, emboldened by a corrupt machine that prioritizes perpetrators over victims. Every time progressives hand-wring about “systemic issues,” it just means more leeway for thugs and less justice for honest folks. The same liberals who want to defund the police and flood the country with globalist open-border policies now act shocked when innocent Americans are put in the crosshairs. Spare us the crocodile tears.
If this is the world the left wants—where CEOs and everyday citizens can’t feel safe at home or at work—then maybe it’s time the silent majority stands up and says enough. Americans want strong borders, tough penalties, and real consequences. They want a country that values hard work and the rule of law, not a globalist playground for criminals with nothing to lose. Yet the radical elite keep flooding the airwaves with calls for “compassion” for those who destroy lives.
How many more murders, assaults, and robberies must we endure before politicians on the coasts wake up? Will they finally admit that their soft approach only leads to tragedy, or will more innocent Americans like Brian Thompson have to die before something changes? Our nation can’t afford more empty promises from people more worried about media coverage than public safety.
Our leaders have a simple choice: serve the people who build this country—or cave to the radical fringe who would destroy it. What good is a health care system if Americans keep ending up in the morgue, victims of preventable crime? No wonder trust is plummeting. When will the left put America first, instead of criminals and their globalist dreams?
