Once again, the Department of Justice is making headlines for all the wrong reasons. This time, they’re fighting in court to reinstate criminal charges against Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a man who openly challenged his own deportation while facing prison time in El Salvador. Instead of backing up American law and protecting our borders, the Supreme Court decided the government has to help bring this criminal back. That’s right—taxpayer dollars at work, just to facilitate the return of someone who never should have been here in the first place.
This isn’t just about one case. It’s about a broken system and an administration that bends over backwards for criminals while ignoring the needs of American families. The left loves to talk about justice and fairness, but who’s standing up for law-abiding citizens? Every time a criminal gets special treatment, working Americans lose. Liberals act like it’s heartless to deport dangerous individuals, but letting them stay is far worse for the safety of our communities.
Think about it: we fought for strong borders during the Trump years, and now the courts are being used as a weapon to undermine that progress. Does anyone believe for a second that the radical left would go to these lengths if the shoe were on the other foot? If this man’s crime had harmed one of their own donors, you’d see a very different story unfolding.
It’s clear what’s happening. Globalist elites and their media friends want to erase our borders and flood the courts with sob stories about criminals facing “hardship.” No wonder Americans are growing furious with these out-of-touch policies. When our own government is forced to “facilitate” the return of a convicted criminal, you know the whole system has gone off the rails.
The real question: Who is fighting for the rights of citizens, not just illegal immigrants and criminals? If the DOJ spent half as much energy protecting America as it does protecting lawbreakers, maybe our country wouldn’t be in this mess. Is it any wonder people are fed up and demanding real change?
