Another week, another attack on faith in America. This time, it happened right in the heart of New York City, where a man allegedly stormed a synagogue and targeted innocent people during Shabbat—one of Judaism’s holiest times. The Justice Department says Larry Montes is now facing serious federal hate crime charges, both for attacking a worshiper and going after a security guard. Yet the political left acts shocked, as if the hostile climate they created has nothing to do with this.
Let’s be real. We constantly hear lectures about “diversity” and “inclusion” from liberal politicians. But their soft-on-crime policies have turned America’s biggest cities into danger zones—especially for religious communities. Where is the outrage from Democrats when Jews are threatened on their own streets? Instead, New Yorkers get empty promises from progressive leaders obsessed with defunding the police and prioritizing criminals over victims.
The elites claim they care about hate crimes—unless, of course, the victims are Jews or the accused doesn’t fit their preferred narrative. If this attack had happened at a mosque or a Pride event, headlines would blast coast to coast. But with skyrocketing anti-Semitism and New York officials too worried about being politically correct, faith communities are left to fend for themselves.
America was founded on religious freedom and respect, but watching leftist policies disintegrate public safety, you have to wonder: whose freedoms actually matter? The DOJ can only do so much. Real solutions require tough leaders who actually believe in law and order—not criminal coddling and social justice experiments.
So, who will finally stand up for faith, family, and true American values? Or will we just keep watching libs run our cities straight into chaos while innocent worshipers pay the price?
