The left loves to pretend they’re the party of compassion, even for monsters. Take Christa Pike—her crime was brutal, vile, and evil. Yet when it’s finally time for real justice, liberals suddenly get squeamish. They clutch their pearls over lethal injection, whimper about “humaneness,” and forget the horror Pike inflicted on her innocent victim. Where was their empathy then?
Americans know better. Most support the death penalty for murderers like Pike. The people want justice, not endless taxpayer-funded appeals for those who slaughter without remorse. But the so-called “civilized” elite seems obsessed with making executions soft and sanitized, as if you can tidy up evil. They dress it up with fancy drugs and clinical language, so their conscience feels better. It’s a farce. There’s nothing “clean” about it. A monster is a monster—no matter how pretty you make the poison.
What’s really happening here is liberal hypocrisy on display. They whine that lethal injection looks cruel, but never give a second thought to families destroyed by crime. It isn’t about compassion—it’s about virtue signaling. They lecture Americans on morality from their gated communities, protected from the kind of horrors Christa Pike unleashed on ordinary people. How convenient.
Let’s call it what it is: a twisted game to undermine justice and weaken America. Globalist elites have always hated real accountability. They bend over backward to defend criminals, pushing anti-death penalty propaganda while ignoring the suffering of victims. It’s soft-on-crime lunacy, plain and simple. If only they cared about public safety as much as they care about the “dignity” of murderers.
Justice isn’t supposed to be comfortable. Sometimes, it’s supposed to sting. The American people know this. Maybe the real problem isn’t how we execute criminals, but that the left doesn’t have the stomach to do it at all. Since when did our justice system start caring more about killers than the innocent lives they destroyed?
