America Just Yanked the Wheel of Global Power — and the World Blinked
Guess who’s running the show now? That’s right — America is once again in the captain’s seat, and it’s got the whole world’s oil flowing through its fingertips. While the liberal media wrings its hands over “rising prices” and “insurance gouging,” the truth is far more thrilling: the United States has snatched the reins of the global energy game, right out from under the British elites who lorded over it for centuries.
Here’s what the talking heads won’t tell you. The choking point of the world’s oil trade, the Strait of Hormuz, has always been the playground of old British institutions, like Lloyd’s of London. For 300 years, they called the shots, deciding who could ship, who couldn’t, and how much it would all cost. That ended overnight. Iran’s reckless attacks made it too risky, so British insurers ran for the hills. Did Europe’s leftist politicians lift a finger to help? Of course not. Their pride — and their obsession with “renewables” — left them twiddling their thumbs while America picked up the pieces.
Enter the real deal: the U.S. Navy started protecting tankers, and American insurance companies stepped into the void at light speed. Firms like Travelers, Berkshire Hathaway, AIG, and Liberty Mutual are now handling the cash and the risk. Money that once lined the pockets of British aristocrats is now coming home to Main Street, USA. Powerful, isn’t it? That’s what happens when you put a sharp, no-nonsense businessman in the White House instead of a weak-kneed globalist.
Sure, insurance and shipping costs have shot up — but guess why? Because liberals refused to stand with America, hiding behind their green dreams and anti-Trump tantrums, forcing us to carry the whole load. Unlike our “allies,” America isn’t dependent on Gulf oil. Europe and Britain are, but they let pride and childish politics get in their own way. Now they’re paying, literally, for their foolishness.
But make no mistake: this isn’t price gouging. It’s about survival. When tankers are dodging Iranian missiles and drones, someone has to take the risk — and that someone is America. High costs won’t last forever. When Iran backs down and things settle, prices will drop. If gas at three bucks a gallon becomes reality before the next election, Democrats won’t stand a chance at the ballot box.
The big idea here? America controls the world’s economic lifeblood — energy. China and every other global player now have to play nice with us. With the U.S. owning both the muscle and the money of shipping, no one moves a drop of oil without Washington’s permission. This is what true national greatness looks like. Liberals want open borders and global “cooperation.” Conservatives want American strength and prosperity. Guess who’s winning?
This is what “America First” really means. The Bible talks about possessing the gates of your enemies. Today, America holds every gate that counts — the passageways where the world’s wealth and power change hands. Britain used to rule through her navy and traders. Now it’s America’s turn. Pax Americana is back, baby — the only question is if liberals will let us keep it, or sell it out for a few virtue-signaling sound bites.
It’s simple: he who controls the ships, controls the world. And right now, that’s the stars and stripes. What are the globalists and leftists going to do about it?
