You can’t make this stuff up. A federal judge in Massachusetts has decided illegal aliens shouldn’t have to pay civil fines if it might be tough on their wallets. That’s right—the Trump administration had a plan to actually hold people accountable for ignoring our laws, and the court shut it down. Why? Because it might make life “financially difficult” for those who broke the rules in the first place.
So let’s get this straight. American citizens get slammed with fines and penalties for everything—traffic tickets, tax mistakes, you name it. Yet, if you cross the border illegally, ignore a deportation order, and stay here as long as you want, the left’s buddies in the judiciary swoop in to protect your bank account. Who cares about the cost to American taxpayers? Apparently not these judges.
This is liberal hypocrisy at its worst. The left claims to care about “fairness” and “justice,” but only when it fits their globalist agenda. If an American family couldn’t pay a government fine, would a judge jump in to rescue them? Of course not. But for lawbreakers from other countries, the system bends over backward.
This twisted logic rewards lawbreakers and sends a clear message: America’s laws mean nothing if you have the right activist judge. We all know who suffers here—honest citizens who play by the rules. The border crisis gets worse, more people ignore deportation orders, and the courts make sure there’s zero accountability.
When will it end? The open-borders crowd never misses a chance to side with illegal aliens over their own countrymen. Maybe the next step is just letting everyone ignore laws they don’t like.
