Liberals Furious as Data Centers Bring Real Jobs and Paychecks to Working Americans

The left just can’t help themselves. Every time something good rolls into town—something that gives ordinary Americans a fighting chance—they have to whine about it. This time, it’s data centers. Apparently, liberals look at new construction, hard hats, and paychecks in Pennsylvania and see a problem. It’s incredible.

Some big-city critics love to rant that the jobs at these data centers don’t “count” because they’re temporary. That’s right—when hardworking folks get up early, break a sweat, and put food on the table, the anti-business crowd shrugs and says it’s not enough. Maybe the woke elites in D.C. want everyone to sit around and wait for government handouts instead of actually building something real.

Here’s the truth: jobs are jobs. Temporary or permanent, they’re creating opportunity and putting money back into American pockets. Those supposed “temporary” construction gigs? They pay real wages and keep the lights on for countless families. If we followed the left’s twisted logic, nobody would be allowed to work on roads, bridges, or schools either—because, heaven forbid, those might just be “temporary” too.

This is classic liberal hypocrisy. They claim to care about the working class but go out of their way to destroy opportunities. Meanwhile, globalist corporations ship real jobs overseas, and Washington bureaucrats waste our tax dollars on useless programs. At least a data center is something you can see, touch, and earn a paycheck from.

Instead of applauding the tradesmen who keep our country moving, left-wing activists roll out the red carpet for job-killing regulations and empty promises. Maybe that’s why regular Americans are sick and tired of being lectured by people who wouldn’t last a day swinging a hammer. The next time progressives trash a new opportunity, maybe they should take a hard look at their own resumes—assuming they’ve ever had to work an honest day in their lives.

Why is it so hard for liberals to support the American worker unless it fits their own agenda? Maybe they’re just afraid people are finally waking up.
