America just sent a bold message to the anti-freedom rulers down in Cuba and the globalists who love to bend the rules. Federal agencies grabbed over $2.8 million in U.S. fuel before it could sneak its way to a sanctioned Cuban company. Ninety fuel shipments—yes, ninety—were stopped dead in their tracks. Let that number sink in. That’s not small-time. It’s yet another proof that America is still full of people who care about law and order, while the left continues to turn a blind eye to enemies of freedom and prosperity.
Let’s not kid ourselves. The Cuban regime has spent decades crushing its own people and cozying up to communists and thugs worldwide. Yet somehow, there are always people—in and outside our own borders—bending backwards to help a government that hates everything America stands for. Why is it that whenever we enforce sanctions against dictators, liberals whine about “outreach” and “solidarity”? Where’s their outrage when communist elites line their pockets off U.S. resources, while ordinary Cubans starve in the streets?
Liberals love to lecture conservatives about “human rights,” but when it comes to real world action, they’re weirdly silent on Cuba’s crimes. They’ll rage about election laws in Georgia but look the other way at Havana’s political prisoners. Now, ninety shipments of valuable American fuel went on a secret journey to help Cuba’s fat cats—while Americans are paying higher prices at the pump and struggling to keep the lights on.
Just imagine if these shipments had slipped through. American fuel, possibly bought and paid for with money our own country desperately needs, would have gone straight into the hands of a corrupt socialist regime. At whose expense? Patriots and taxpayers right here at home. This is exactly what happens when leftists weaken our borders and push globalist agendas. America’s wealth gets siphoned off, and our enemies get stronger, all while “progressives” pat themselves on the back for their so-called “compassion.”
So which side do Democrats want to be on—the side of hard-working Americans or the side of shady deals with communist dictators? Maybe next time liberals want to “open up relations,” they should explain why it always seems to benefit everyone but the American people. When will this country stop letting socialist sympathizers call the shots?
