The radical left thought they had it all figured out. For years, they shoved woke ideology into every classroom, after-school club, and taxpayer-funded agency. They cheered as rainbow flags draped over every government program, including those overseas, all in the name of “progress.” But now, something shocking is happening: the numbers telling us how many young people say they’re gay, lesbian, or bisexual are suddenly tumbling. What happened to the endless pride celebration? Looks like the party’s over.
It only took a little pushback from reality and, finally, a long-overdue gutting of useless government groups like USAID. When hard-earned tax dollars stop rolling in to fund activist nonsense, you see a whole lot of this woke identity stuff disappear overnight. When USAID is stripped back—no more rainbow obsessions, no more global shaming campaigns paid for by working Americans—kids aren’t being pressured or bribed to join the trend anymore.
Remember when every Hollywood star, leftist teacher, and woke bureaucrat said being gay was the hottest new thing? For a while, the numbers exploded. According to their own stats, America was well on its way to a future where almost everyone would identify as LGBT. It looked less like reality and more like a passing teenage fad, turbocharged by COVID lockdowns and TikTok brainwashing. Well, those lockdowns are over. Kids are going back to school, back to church, and back to real life.
Of course, the liberal media lost their minds when these numbers started dropping. They can’t stand the idea that young people don’t want to be pawns in their identity obsession anymore. For years, the left sold gender confusion and alternative lifestyles as some magical path to happiness and popularity. But the second the government purse strings tighten, the rainbow flags come down, and their so-called movement slows to a crawl.
Turns out, when Big Government and its globalist pals stop meddling in families and schools, things have a way of correcting themselves. The American people aren’t interested in being lectured by agencies and activists about who they should be. Maybe it’s time for the woke left to accept that truth and stop trying to force their bizarre priorities on everyone else. Was it really ever about equality, or was it always about control?
