America’s families should be terrified—Child Protective Services is out of control. Imagine a young mother, just three days after giving birth, exhausted but hopeful for her newborn’s future. Suddenly, state agents rip her baby from her arms. Not because there was clear evidence of abuse. Not because a judge ruled her unfit. But simply because some bureaucrat decided it was an “emergency.” There wasn’t even a court order. How is that justice?
We should be furious. Years later, a federal appeals court said this mother’s nightmare could easily be considered unconstitutional. Did the officials face punishments? Were families given apologies, restitution, or even a guarantee it wouldn’t happen again? Absolutely not. The very people who destroyed this mother’s life still wave their government badges like they’re untouchable royalty. Is this how America protects its most basic rights?
Where are all the bleeding-heart liberals who love to scream about “bodily autonomy” when it comes to abortion? Suddenly, when big government shows up to snatch a baby from a mother’s arms, they look the other way—or worse, cheer it on. Hypocrisy at its finest. The same leftists who rage over supposed “systemic racism” in police departments turn a blind eye to actual state-sponsored kidnapping. Maybe they’re too busy attending globalist conferences or coming up with yet another reason to call conservatives “extremists.”
This is what happens when we trust unaccountable state agencies with unchecked power. Liberals want bigger government and more regulations, but never admit it leads to abuse like this. They’d rather see good families torn apart than admit their “solutions” are broken. CPS was supposed to protect children from genuine harm, but it’s become a weapon for faceless bureaucrats and overzealous social workers. They say they’re saving kids, but what they’re really doing is destroying families and trampling your God-given rights.
Americans need to stand up and demand answers. How many more families need to be crushed before we say enough is enough? If a government agency can steal your child with no judge and no evidence, what exactly is the point of calling this country free? Think about it—the state calls anything an “emergency,” and your rights vanish. That should scare everyone who calls themselves an American.
