France is on fire—again. Student riots have ripped through the country, burning not just property, but any remaining idea that left-wing policies create order. While French leaders pretend they’re in control, the truth is chaos rules the streets, and nearly 7,000 rioters have already been arrested. These aren’t small protests. This is the price France pays for years of coddling entitled youths and bowing to the demands of every loud activist with a grudge. The damage already tops $33 million—money that won’t go to hardworking families, schools, or keeping France safe.
Where did this madness begin? The left built this. For years, they’ve taught young people to hate authority and blame society for every problem. Instead of respect, they’ve fostered resentment. The result? Out-of-control mobs smashing their own country, demanding more handouts and less responsibility. These so-called “students” don’t want to learn. They want power, and they’ll burn cities to get it.
Liberals love to act shocked when law and order break down, but what did they expect after decades of excusing bad behavior? Some politicians call for “understanding” and “dialogue,” as if ungrateful rioters will calm down if we only talk nicely enough. It’s laughable. Pampering lawbreakers just gives them license to destroy even more.
Meanwhile, global elites watch from their polished offices and wring their hands. They’ll use this mess as another excuse for more bureaucracy, more surveillance, and less freedom for everyday people—anyone except the criminals, of course, who’ll likely get another slap on the wrist. It’s a script we’ve seen before: chaos spreads, government cracks down on regular folks, and nobody in Paris elite circles takes the blame.
The message is loud and clear. If you let radicals take over your schools and policies, don’t be surprised when they torch your cities. The real question is: how long before American liberals—always eager to mimic Europe’s failures—invite this madness onto our own streets?
