Crime is totally out of control in California, and Hollywood’s elite can’t hide from it anymore. Actor Keegan Allen, a face millions recognize from mainstream TV, was beaten and robbed by armed thugs outside a fancy West Hollywood grocery store. If this can happen to a celebrity in a “safe” liberal neighborhood, what chance does the average taxpayer have? Let’s stop pretending these attacks are rare. This chaos is a direct result of leftist leadership failing decent families again and again.
Where’s Gavin Newsom? Where’s Mayor Bass? They’re always ready for a photo op or a speech about “equity” and “justice.” But when crime surges in their own backyard, they vanish like the criminals they continually coddle. Instead of actually protecting law-abiding citizens, these so-called leaders focus on virtue-signaling, open borders, and policies that make life easier for criminals than for honest, hard-working residents.
Let’s be honest—liberal policies in California have turned world-famous cities into playgrounds for lawless thugs. Lax prosecution, no-bail insanity, and endless excuses for criminal behavior have left decent people powerless. Law enforcement’s hands are tied by politicians obsessed with political correctness and globalist dreams. Taxpayers get empty promises, while criminals just get more brazen.
Hollywood loves to lecture Middle America about guns, policing, and morality. Now, one of their own gets pistol-whipped in broad daylight, and suddenly they want answers. Maybe it’s time for the limousine liberals, who vote for soft-on-crime policies, to wake up and smell the chaos they helped unleash. It’s easy to tweet about “defunding the police” until the violence is staring you in the face on Sunset Boulevard.
People are tired of the excuses. They’re tired of leadership that won’t do its job, tired of the lies about “progress.” If Gavin Newsom and Mayor Bass can’t even protect Hollywood, what hope is there for the farmer, the waitress, or the kid just trying to get to school? This is what happens when liberals run the show: everyone suffers except the criminals. Is this really the future California deserves?
