America is witnessing a meltdown from the usual suspects. The news of Nidal Hasan’s public execution has sent shockwaves through the liberal elite. You’d think they’d be glad a murdering terrorist is finally facing justice, but no — instead, there’s hand-wringing and outrage from the left.
Let’s face it. The Fort Hood shooter murdered American soldiers in cold blood, and for years, we’ve been told to look the other way. Liberals tried to downplay his motives. They called it “workplace violence,” ignored his extremist ties, and coddled him with endless legal delays. Now they can’t handle the reality that Americans still believe in consequences. Remember when punishment fit the crime? Well, that’s back, and the progressives can’t stomach it.
Suddenly, public voices from academia and Hollywood are crawling out of the woodwork, preaching about “human rights” and “justice reform.” Where was this concern for the real victims? Not a word about the families torn apart. It’s always about the criminal’s feelings and global reputation. This is classic globalist nonsense: care more about what the world thinks than what’s right for America.
Let’s be honest, folks — the same people shedding tears for Hasan will gladly turn a blind eye when law-abiding citizens are victims of crime. The hypocrisy is disgusting. Liberals whine that the execution is “barbaric,” but seem perfectly happy to let good people live in fear. They only care about the rights of killers, not the safety of Americans.
No matter how loudly the woke crowd screams, justice is finally being served. It’s about time we remembered the difference between right and wrong — and stopped apologizing for defending our country. Maybe next, the left will ask if Hasan’s feelings were hurt on the way to the execution chamber. Wouldn’t surprise me one bit.
