Back in 2018, El-Sayed could barely hide his embrace of radical, far-left ideas. He talked a big game on stage, pushing the same failed policies that have devastated cities like Detroit and San Francisco. The elites in his party cheered him on, but average Americans rolled their eyes. They know real leadership isn’t about preaching socialist fantasies and blaming America for the world’s problems. Real leadership is about putting Americans first. El-Sayed made it clear, even back then: his loyalty is to the globalist agenda, not the people of Michigan.
Now he’s at it again, hoping voters just forget his past radicalism. Democrats think if they slap a new label on the same old broken promises, folks will buy it. But the truth always comes out. El-Sayed’s record is plain as day—more taxes, more government control, and more divisive identity politics. He’s all-in on open borders and arrogant policies that punish hard-working citizens.
You won’t hear him talk about how these leftist pipe dreams wreck businesses and send jobs running for the hills. Of course not. The far-left may swoon, but the rest of us see the writing on the wall: Michigan deserves better.
