Every October, millions of proud Americans celebrate Columbus Day. It’s a tradition honoring courage, discovery, and the bold spirit that made this country great. But, as usual, the radical left has a problem with that. This time, it’s Zohran Mamdani—New York City’s favorite socialist, always ready to lecture the rest of us on how to live. Instead of joining real Americans in commemorating our shared history, Mamdani has boycotted Columbus Day altogether.
Why? Because Mamdani prefers virtue-signaling over patriotism. He’s more interested in pushing divisive “alternatives” that trash everything this country was built on. While normal families across the country take pride in our founding, Mamdani promotes a new progressive holiday—one designed to erase real American heroes from the story. Apparently, celebrating bravery isn’t woke enough for the left anymore.
Let’s be honest: this isn’t just about Columbus. This is about liberal radicals attacking every single pillar of American tradition. For Mamdani and his buddies, nothing is sacred unless it fits their twisted, globalist worldview. If it comes from the West, they want to tear it down. If it unites Americans, they want it canceled. These so-called leaders are constantly looking for a reason to divide us—and this is just their latest stunt.
And what do we get in return? More lectures, more finger-pointing, and more holidays that have nothing to do with freedom, legacy, or unity. Mamdani’s progressive “alternatives” are tailor-made for activists who hate everything America stands for. Instead of inspiring pride, they fan the flames of division and resentment. Where’s the respect for the explorers who dared to cross oceans and make history? Don’t expect any from Mamdani.
It’s clear: the left wants to rewrite the past and shame anyone who loves this country. Columbus Day offends them because it reminds us that America didn’t happen by accident. It happened because of brave men and women willing to dream bigger than anyone else. Does Mamdani really believe his woke narratives will build a better nation—or is this just another excuse to trash America? Real patriots already know the answer.
