The tech world loves to brag about “changing the future”—but who’s really running the show? This week, the FBI nabbed an engineer from OpenAI for stashing a hidden recording device in a San Francisco conference room. It wasn’t just any room, either. This was a place off-limits, where company higher-ups made their biggest decisions. So while OpenAI claims to solve the world’s toughest problems, apparently their own staff couldn’t resist a little old-fashioned spy work.
This goes to show the rotten core at the heart of Silicon Valley. Liberals keep telling us to trust these so-called “geniuses” with our businesses, our elections, even our kids’ education. But the truth is, these companies are breeding grounds for arrogance and backstabbing. Their own employees will do anything to get ahead—including breaking the law right under their bosses’ noses.
Even worse, OpenAI has been showered with praise and cash by the very globalist elites who want to control how we speak and even what we think. They’re always talking about “ethics” and “accountability.” But when it comes to their own people, it’s a free-for-all of lies and underhanded tricks. The left has made Big Tech its playground, yet can’t keep its own house in order.
Think about how deep this goes. If an engineer is willing to bug a conference room at one of the most secretive tech companies, what else do these people do when nobody’s looking? Are we really supposed to hand them more power? Count on them to protect our privacy and freedom? The hypocrisy is off the charts. Everyday Americans get scolded about “disinformation,” while the real snakes are slithering inside the headquarters of Silicon Valley.
We keep hearing about the supposed brilliance of these companies and their workers, but maybe it’s time to stop treating them like heroes. If they can’t keep their own staff from acting like petty criminals, why trust them with anything more important? Here’s a thought: maybe it’s time to stop worshiping Big Tech—and start holding them accountable for once.
