Blakeman obliterates Hochul in debate as New Yorkers demand answers on crime and chaos

Bruce Blakeman blew the doors off the only New York governor’s debate this week, leaving Kathy Hochul scrambling for answers. Hochul, a loyal foot soldier of liberal disaster, looked outmatched and off balance the whole night. While crime ravages neighborhoods and regular New Yorkers can’t pay the bills, Hochul blabbered on with the same tired Democrat talking points. She just couldn’t keep up.

Blakeman nailed her again and again, especially when it came to crime and so-called “sanctuary” insanity. Hochul seemed shocked that anyone would dare question her embrace of policies that put New Yorkers in danger. Democrats love to claim they care about safety, but all they want is to keep the borders wide open and let criminals run wild in our streets. Hochul’s excuses were weak, her answers were canned. It’s clear she’s cozy with globalist elites and couldn’t care less about the average Joe trying to survive in New York.

Watching Hochul flail and stumble, you had to wonder if Democrats even know what life is like outside their ivory towers. While moms and dads are terrified to ride the subway or let their kids play outside, Hochul prattles on about “compassion” and “inclusion.” No one is feeling the love when their neighborhoods are overrun and their paychecks are shrinking thanks to Albany’s reckless taxes and open-door immigration.

Republicans have warned for years about what happens when liberals make excuses for criminals and put Americans last. Blakeman didn’t back down for a second. He talked straight about law and order, defending our borders, and giving actual hardworking citizens a break. The contrast was embarrassing for Hochul. She reacted with that usual Democrat move—dodge, deflect, and repeat the same old lines.

It shouldn’t even be close. New Yorkers have watched their city spin out of control under Democrat mismanagement, and now they finally have a fighter standing up to the nonsense. Blakeman proved he’s not scared to take on elite liberals like Hochul and actually put New Yorkers first. How much more “compassion” can this state survive before voters wake up and say enough is enough?
