The National Border Patrol Council has thrown its weight behind Ashley Hinson for US Senate, and frankly, can anyone blame them? In a time when our country’s borders are nothing more than suggestions, we need real leaders who stand strong for law and order. Ashley Hinson has always done exactly that. She fights for Iowa families, for American sovereignty, and for the rule of law. That’s why the men and women who actually protect our borders are backing her.
Meanwhile, look at who’s running against her. Josh Turek claims he’s some sort of moderate, but his record tells a different story. Turek does everything he can to hide his radical views from Iowa voters. But it’s not hard to see what’s really going on. When the Senate’s top Democrat, Chuck Schumer, points to Turek as “our guy,” we know darn well what that means. One more automatic vote for the far-left, for open borders, shutdowns of ICE, and handouts to those who break our immigration laws.
Democrats like Turek and Schumer don’t care about everyday Americans. Their focus is on hatching schemes to raise your taxes, spend your hard-earned money on benefits for illegal immigrants, and strip the country of any sense of security. They talk a big game about compassion, but their real agenda is to erode our borders and undermine American jobs. It’s always the same story – put Americans last so global elites can call the shots.
Ashley Hinson is the opposite. She’s not afraid to take on the tough fights. While liberals push to open the floodgates at our border, Hinson stands with the people who actually do the hard work of keeping us safe. That’s why the National Border Patrol Council backs her. They see who’s serious about protecting our communities — and who just mouths empty slogans while dangerous policies put American lives at risk.
Iowa doesn’t need another puppet for Schumer and the left’s socialist agenda. We need leaders who put America first. The choice is clear. With Hinson, we get real values and real security. With Turek, we get more of the same radical nonsense that’s destroying our country, one open border at a time. So the only question left: how much farther are we willing to let the left push us before we finally say enough is enough?
