The federal government is handing out another so-called “gift” to America’s seniors—a $75 per month raise for Social Security recipients. Are we supposed to celebrate? After watching Washington for years, it’s obvious this “cost-of-living adjustment” is nothing but a pathetic band-aid slapped onto a system drowning in incompetence and broken promises.
Every year, hard-working Americans watch inflation eat up their savings, their paychecks, and their retirement funds. Meanwhile, the bureaucrats pat themselves on the back for tossing a few crumbs to seniors who built this country. A measly $75 a month? That money barely covers a tank of gas in Biden’s America. Yet, these Washington elites act like they’re saving the day—when in reality, their reckless spending and open-border policies are hurting the very same people they claim to help.
Let’s not forget who is responsible for the runaway prices at the grocery store and the constant squeeze on people’s wallets. The left loves to promise “security” to seniors, but their social engineering and globalist love affair with foreign wars and foreign aid drains the system dry. The American taxpayer gets stuck picking up the tab while illegal immigrants and lazy grifters keep cashing in. This isn’t compassion. It’s insanity.
Frank Bisignano and his crew at the Social Security Administration want us to believe this tiny bump will bring “greater financial stability.” That’s rich coming from a government that can’t balance its own checkbook. Maybe if the radical left worried more about American citizens than padding their own pockets, we’d see real reform—one that honors seniors instead of humiliating them with pocket change.
If liberals think $75 a month is a win, they’re completely out of touch with reality. Our seniors deserve respect, not cheap political gimmicks while their dignity gets trampled. When will Washington wake up and put Americans first—for real? Or does the left just expect more applause for their empty gestures?
