Iran’s Shadow War Against the West Creeps Closer Than Ever
Another night, another barrage of missiles from the Iranian-backed Houthi rebels in Yemen. Their latest target? Oil facilities and civilian airports in Saudi Arabia. This time, the headquarters of Saudi Aramco—one of the world’s most vital energy hubs—got hammered. Let’s not beat around the bush: These aren’t random acts of violence. They’re warnings for the West, and especially for America.
While the Biden administration and their liberal allies insist on playing nice with Iran—sending pallets of cash, begging for “peace deals,” and pretending the world is a safe place—terrorists grow bolder. The same folks who like to lecture hard-working Americans about “climate change” or imagine peace through virtue signaling are now silent as our critical energy partners get attacked. Liberals talk big about “green energy,” but when the world’s oil flows are under threat, their twisted priorities put every American at risk.
It’s impossible to ignore the hypocrisy. The left claims to care about human rights, yet they look the other way as Iranian agents unleash chaos in the Middle East, targeting civilian airports and oil workers just trying to earn a living. When their so-called humanitarian policies fall flat, the rest of us are left to clean up the mess. The global elites, always ready to blame America for the world’s problems, have nothing to say when Iranian proxies try to blow up energy infrastructure. Funny how that works.
No one should be surprised that the Houthis feel emboldened. Why wouldn’t they? With the world’s biggest appeasers running America’s foreign policy, Iran is free to call the shots. The radical left’s obsession with tearing down our allies and groveling before our enemies only makes things worse. Now, a vital American interest—a stable energy supply—sits under assault while liberals wring their hands and hold more pointless summits.
If this is what “smart diplomacy” looks like, count real Americans out. When will American leaders finally get serious, put our interests first, and stop caving to rogue regimes and their terror puppets? Or is this chaos precisely what the global elites want—so they can push more costly “green” fantasies while the world burns?
