Court smacks down California liberals for attacking ICE agents with outrageous woke law

The radical left in California just got handed another reality check. The 9th Circuit Court did what needed to be done—they stopped the state’s power-hungry politicians from forcing federal immigration agents to wear special identification. That law, called the “No Vigilantes Act,” was nothing but an obvious ploy to tie the hands of ICE agents and score cheap political points with open-borders activists.

This is classic California—liberal leaders dream up another “woke” law that blatantly ignores the Constitution. They keep forgetting one important thing: the Supremacy Clause. The federal government runs immigration, not some anti-border crowd in Sacramento. Yet liberals keep trying to undermine law enforcement and turn a blind eye to illegal immigration. The court finally slammed the brakes on their nonsense.

California’s so-called progressives love to attack anyone who dares enforce our immigration laws. They want to shame ICE agents, paint them as villains, and make it harder for them to do their job—all while they protect illegal aliens and endanger our communities. Why else would they want federal agents to carry ID that singles them out for harassment? It’s a political stunt meant to appease the far-left activists, not a real solution.

Democrats claim they care about “public safety,” but they’re the first to tie the hands of those who actually protect us. While they insult our federal officers, the border spirals out of control. Do they ever stop to think about the hardworking families threatened by illegal criminals? Or are they too busy attracting globalist money and winning praise from their fringe base?

Here’s the bottom line: California can pass as many bizarre laws as it wants, but the Constitution still rules. No state gets to bully federal agents just to score woke points on social media. Maybe Sacramento should spend less time pandering to anarchists and more time remembering what it means to be American. When liberal leaders are this reckless, is it any wonder people are fleeing California in droves?
