Federal Court Slaps Down California Scheme to Sabotage Border Agents

Once again, California’s power-hungry liberals are trying to tie the hands of those who protect our country. The state thought it could boss federal immigration agents around, demanding they flash their IDs like school kids in the principal’s office every time they do their jobs. California’s goal is crystal clear: make life harder for agents on the frontlines and signal to illegal immigrants that they are more protected than Americans.

Thankfully, a federal appeals court just called California’s bluff. The court stood up for law and order, blocking the state’s big government scheme to force agents to show ID during enforcement operations. The message is simple—states do not get to micromanage federal officers. Liberals in Sacramento may think they run the country, but their anti-border, anti-law enforcement agenda stops here.

This is the same California that welcomes sanctuary cities, lets criminals walk free, and seems determined to erase the line between citizen and illegal alien. Why else would they want to slow down federal officers right in the middle of dangerous enforcement actions? The ruling rightly understood that real security—actual border protection—is more important than pandering to open-border extremists.

It’s not just about IDs. It’s about liberal elites trying to block federal immigration enforcement at every turn. They side with globalist interests and radical activists before putting the safety of Americans first. It’s always another roadblock, another lawsuit, another attempt to handcuff the brave men and women risking their lives to keep this nation safe.

This court decision is a win for American sovereignty and a big loss for woke politicians who prefer chaos to safety. Maybe if California lawmakers cared as much about the victims of illegal crime as they do about virtue signaling for their activist friends, our borders would finally be secure. When will Democrats stop fighting for illegals and start fighting for American citizens?
