Trump shuts down liberal demands to televise Fort Hood shooter execution

America was rocked by evil the day Nidal Malik Hasan opened fire at Fort Hood. Thirteen brave soldiers lost their lives, and countless families were shattered forever. Finally, real justice is coming for Hasan. But President Trump made it clear: there will be no public livestream of the firing squad execution.

It says something when you have to decide whether justice should be televised. Frankly, we shouldn’t need a nationwide spectacle just to see justice served. This is not entertainment. This is grave business—a madman facing the consequences of his actions. Leave it to liberals and the anti-American press to thirst for a circus out of tragedy.

The left loves to say they’re about compassion and respect. But when it comes to true justice, they want a front-row seat. Make no mistake, Trump’s decision was the right one. The President is putting dignity first, instead of appeasing globalists and media ghouls who’d rather see America’s punishment system look like a reality show.

The Pentagon doesn’t owe anyone a viral video to prove it means business. Hasan’s fate should not be a hashtag. Instead of demanding bloody proof, maybe liberals could actually honor the fallen and their families—for once. Of course, that would mean acting like adults, something the left struggles with.

Trump has done what needed to be done: hold a terrorist accountable without giving the anti-American mob another chance to grandstand. Liberals should learn a thing or two about decency. Or is asking for respect in America just too much for them?
