There’s nothing liberals love more than lecturing the rest of us about “diversity” and “inclusion.” But when it comes to their own, they’re quick to cozy up to some truly bizarre and divisive thinking. Just look at Abdul El-Sayed, a Democrat running for the U.S. Senate in Michigan. This guy—a so-called public health expert who isn’t even a licensed doctor—has a past that’s raising a lot of questions, and conservatives should be asking every single one of them.
Back in 2010, El-Sayed poured his time and taxpayer-funded resources into “researching” whether Arab women are better off having babies only with Arab men—rather than, as he strangely put it, “interethnic mating.” Sorry, but isn’t this the exact type of talk liberals would cancel anyone else over? Maybe when it’s one of their own spouting what’s basically a backdoor endorsement of racial purity, they suddenly lose their hearing.
Think about how fast the wokesters would be foaming at the mouth if a conservative dared to suggest such nonsense. They’d be screaming racism from the rooftops, demanding apologies and resignations. But when a Democrat says Arab women are less at risk if they only have children with men of their own ethnicity? The left just shrugs and pretends it never happened.
Let’s be clear, this type of thinking is a slap in the face to everything America stands for. It’s the very definition of hypocrisy. The so-called party of acceptance and unity is perfectly fine with a potential senator pushing the idea that people should stick to marrying their own kind. Meanwhile, if a Republican candidate so much as asked about border security, the media mob accuses them of “hate.” It’s a rigged, two-faced game.
Democrats never miss a chance to lecture Americans about inclusion, but with candidates like El-Sayed, it’s all just empty talk. How can voters trust a party that lets this kind of thinking slide? Maybe, just maybe, the American people are starting to see through the liberal smoke and mirrors. When the left’s idea of “science” turns into ethnic separatism, it’s no wonder they’re losing the trust of everyday Americans. What’s next for the Democrat playbook—assigning people their partners by ancestry?
