Media buries Airman’s tragic death at football game while woke elites ignore real American heroes

America lost a hero this weekend, and hardly anyone in the mainstream media seems to care. At a University of Texas at San Antonio football game against the Navy, an Airman lost his life during a demonstration. Think about that—while others play games, brave men and women step up to put their lives on the line, even during moments that should unite and inspire us.

It’s sickening to see how quickly this tragedy disappears into the background. The left is too busy tearing down our military, whining about “American imperialism,” and teaching our kids to hate their own country. Where’s the outrage? Where are the “leaders” who claim to support the troops and wave their little rainbow flags for clicks? This Airman was doing his duty, showing off the kind of skill and courage liberal elites wouldn’t dare to imagine. But instead of honoring him, the story is buried beneath celebrity gossip and globalist propaganda.

Colleges like UTSA have become breeding grounds for anti-American sentiment. When was the last time you saw a university protest in support of our military? You’re more likely to see them burning flags or whining about “safe spaces” than thanking those who serve. The America our warriors defend is being sold out by the same leftist institutions that want open borders, drag shows for kids, and the erasure of our history.

We used to celebrate our heroes. We used to teach young people about duty, honor, and sacrifice. Now, lefty professors and bureaucrats push diversity quotas and climate hysteria while men like this Airman make the ultimate sacrifice. It’s a slap in the face to every family who has lost a loved one in uniform. When did our country get so twisted that a service member’s death at a public event barely registers a response?

So next time liberals lecture us about their version of “progress,” ask them where their outrage is for real American heroes. Maybe when the woke mob starts actually respecting those who keep us safe, we’ll start believing their talk about unity. Until then, this tragedy exposes just how far we’ve fallen—and who’s really to blame.
