Media meltdown over minor White House shakeups proves the left is desperate and out of ideas

As usual, the left-wing media thinks they’ve got another “scandal” to sink their teeth into, but who’s really buying it? All it takes is a little shuffling in top leadership, and suddenly the elite press is screaming about chaos inside the White House. Dramatic, much? They want Americans to believe conservatives can’t organize a picnic, all because a couple of political appointments didn’t work out. Typical.

Take the breathless stories last week about Katie Zacharia being reassigned after just a flash in the pan as press secretary. You’d think no White House has ever made a personnel change before. Liberals want to spin this as evidence of deep dysfunction, hoping no one remembers that their own past administrations have been plagued with infighting, backstabbing, and reshuffling—usually after actual disasters. Funny how the rules only apply to one side.

Then there’s Kimberly Guilfoyle, removed as Greek ambassador after so-called “serious ethics allegations.” Of course, the details are conveniently vague. The left loves to throw around words like “ethics” when it suits their agenda, but where was this concern when their own go-to diplomats were collecting fat checks from foreign governments or cozying up to globalist groups that despise American values?

The truth is, the establishment and their media lapdogs are desperate for any excuse to attack conservative leaders and staff. They can’t stand the fact that a new generation of tough, unapologetic conservatives is shaking up the business-as-usual approach in Washington. They’re terrified of people in power who aren’t afraid to clean house and hold folks accountable, unlike the perpetual swamp-dwellers of the Obama years.

At the end of the day, Americans are sick and tired of fake scandals and overblown drama invented by those who want to distract us from what really matters—strong borders, a booming economy, and common-sense leadership. Maybe it’s not the conservative movement that’s falling apart, but the left’s tired playbook. If this is the best they’ve got, maybe they should look in the mirror and ask: who’s really incompetent here?
