Jack Smith just proved it again: the Constitution means nothing to Biden’s Justice Department when it stands in their way. Last week, Americans learned that Smith and his cronies at the DOJ rounded up personal data on nearly 640,000 Republicans—donors, voters, you name it. Their so-called “investigation” wasn’t about justice at all. It was about building a political enemies list, tracking every hat bought, every dollar given to the MAGA movement. Names, addresses, work info—even the last digits of credit cards—all swept up. That’s not law enforcement. That’s what communists do.
Let’s be honest—this isn’t Smith’s first attack on the Constitution. Don’t forget the outrageous Mar-a-Lago raid in 2022. The FBI, pushed by Biden’s DOJ, stormed a former president’s home with no real probable cause. They rifled through private family bedrooms, ignoring their own agents who said there wasn’t enough evidence. These people have zero respect for the rule of law when it comes to targeting their opponents.
The left doesn’t just violate privacy—they want to silence Americans for daring to support the right. Smith’s database didn’t just break the Fourth Amendment. It stomped on First Amendment rights, too. Our freedom to speak, to support causes, to simply buy a red hat—those freedoms are now “suspect” in Biden’s America. Liberals want to intimidate and shame regular citizens for supporting America First ideas. The Supreme Court has ruled time and again that government has no right to collect lists of political supporters. Smith doesn’t care. He’s too busy playing politics for the globalist left.
It gets even uglier. Smith’s team didn’t stop with donors—they went after Congress, snooping through text messages from lawmakers, mostly Republicans, and collecting their private call records. They did it without basic legal protections. What was the purpose? It’s obvious: harass and pressure lawmakers who refuse to bow to the liberal agenda. This is something you’d expect to see in banana republics, not the United States.
Abusing government power like this isn’t just wrong—it’s criminal. Our laws say it’s illegal for officials to conspire to stomp on Americans’ constitutional rights. That includes prosecutors. It’s clear Smith and his team crossed that line. It’s past time for someone in authority to step up and actually defend the Constitution, not just for everyday Americans but against those in power. If a special prosecutor can build an enemies list, spy on Congress, and crush free speech without consequences, the rule of law is dead and buried. When will the left stop weaponizing justice? Or does the DOJ only work for Democrats now?
