Once again, America faces a wake-up call—and once again, our so-called leaders hit the snooze button. An unidentified white powder has been sent to an election office in Louisiana, and the FBI’s answer? Silence. The public is left in the dark about just what this powder is. Is this what security looks like under the current crop of bureaucrats?
It’s not like this is some isolated scare, either. Letters just like this have popped up at offices belonging to both Democrats and Republicans. Connecticut’s Chris Murphy and California’s Alex Padilla got hit. So did Mike Rounds of South Dakota and Pete Ricketts of Nebraska, both Republicans. This isn’t about party lines. It’s about chaos hitting the very heart of our democracy while the FBI shrugs and hides behind secrecy.
Americans deserve better than nervous whispers and tight-lipped press releases. If dangerous substances are piling up at our election offices and at senators’ desks, the people have a right to know exactly what’s going on. But, as usual, transparency takes a back seat while the elites cover their backsides. How can we trust our elections when even basic information is treated like a state secret?
This is liberal incompetence in action. They scream about “disinformation” but stay silent when real threats arrive in the mail. Instead of focusing on safety, they’re more worried about optics and controlling the narrative. Meanwhile, globalist bureaucrats lecture us about voting rights and free speech but seem shockingly unprepared when crisis hits at home.
This is what happens when the swamp is in charge: Americans get stonewalled, criminals go unpunished, and the very institutions we rely on turn their backs. How much longer are we supposed to trust these people with our safety—and our votes?
