Instead of showing pride in the American flag, this candidate allegedly displayed the flag upside down. When called out, did they own up to the mistake? Of course not. Instead, they tried to blame technology, claiming the whole thing was a “deep fake.” How convenient.
It’s the same old song and dance from the left. When busted for disrespect or failure, just blame some imaginary tech conspiracy. This embarrassing incident isn’t just about a flag—it’s about the left’s obsession with identity politics over integrity. They push candidates based on where they’re from, hoping to snag votes, but they ignore whether these people actually care about American values.
Remember when showing the flag upside down was a serious offense, not an internet meme? Now liberal elites rush to cover for anyone in their club, no matter what they do. If a conservative made this blunder, CNN would be running wall-to-wall coverage, demanding an apology. But because this politician fits the woke, globalist narrative, the media pushes a flimsy excuse and moves on.
What’s worse, this “deep fake” excuse is pure fantasy. The tech exists, sure, but blaming every mistake on it just shows how little respect these candidates have for their voters. Instead of admitting the truth, they insult everyone’s intelligence—especially the Americans who actually know which way the flag is supposed to fly.
Are Democrat operatives so desperate to win that they’ll excuse anything, as long as a candidate checks enough boxes? Americans deserve leaders who honor our traditions, not ones who make up stories to hide their missteps. Maybe next time, the left could try nominating someone who actually loves our flag, instead of finding new ways to disrespect it.
