France in Chaos Far Left Blames Capitalism While Socialist Policies Fan the Flames

France is up in flames again, and—no surprise here—their far left is pointing the finger at capitalism. That’s right: it’s not lawlessness, not bad policy, not out-of-control, woke mobs tearing up the streets. Nope. According to the socialist elites and their media buddies, the real problem is markets, freedom, and entrepreneurship. Give me a break.

Every time riots break out in Paris or Marseille or Lyon, you have the same tired chorus from radical activists. They twist every crisis, blaming hard-working business owners and the so-called “greed” of free markets. They never bother to look in the mirror and ask if maybe, just maybe, their own failed socialist experiments are the reason their country is in chaos yet again.

Here’s what the left won’t tell you: French leaders are obsessed with taxing, regulating, and redistributing until there’s nothing left to go around. They crush ambition, destroy jobs, and force everyday people into dependence on government handouts. Then, when poverty and frustration explode into violence, they act shocked and turn to the usual scapegoat—capitalism. No one ever blames decades of their own economic mismanagement.

What’s actually burning in France is decades of socialist fantasy colliding with reality. Government bureaucrats handcuff businesses, suffocate job growth, and then scratch their heads when young people can’t find work. Instead of teaching responsibility and merit, they push more entitlements and more division. This isn’t about justice; it’s about power and control.

Let’s get real: if France wants to stop burning, it should stop electing leaders who promise everything for free while delivering nothing but riots and broken windows. Capitalism isn’t perfect—but it’s the only system that builds strong economies and lifts people out of poverty. The left might hate that truth, but they can’t escape it, no matter how many fires they set. When will liberals admit it’s their own ideas sending France up in smoke?
