Supreme Court Sides With Felons Over Families—Your Taxes Now Fund Trans Surgeries in Prison

Once again, the Supreme Court has put the brakes on common sense by refusing to let the Trump administration put an end to taxpayer-funded transgender surgeries and hormone treatments in federal prisons. Let that sink in: While law-abiding Americans are struggling to pay for their own healthcare and make ends meet, our hard-earned dollars are being funneled into controversial medical procedures for convicted criminals. This is left-wing insanity run wild.

The Trump administration tried to do what any rational government should—stop this gross misuse of public funds. But instead of backing that effort, the highest court in the land couldn’t bring itself to stand up for fiscal responsibility or basic sanity. So now, the Bureau of Prisons can’t enforce the policy that would’ve prevented gender-transition surgeries and hormone treatments for inmates. The liberal justices are more worried about radical ideology than they are about protecting American taxpayers from needless waste.

Only in Biden’s America does it make sense to coddle criminals with expensive, elective medical care most working families can’t afford for themselves! It’s a slap in the face to every single American soldier, cop, and parent who gets told there’s not enough money for them, but plenty for convicted felons who want hormone injections behind bars. If this isn’t anti-American bias at work, what is?

Let’s not ignore what’s really going on here. The progressive elite love to talk about “justice” and “equity,” but when it comes to the rights and wallets of actual, everyday citizens, they’re nowhere to be found. Instead, globalist interests and leftist activists are twisting the court system to force radical social experiments—even in our prisons! The hypocrisy screams for itself. If we don’t draw the line here, where do we draw it?

How much more are Americans supposed to tolerate? While bureaucrats and activist judges chase headlines and woke accolades, who is fighting for the sanity, security, and sovereignty of the American people?
