The Biden administration and its Department of Justice just got exactly what they wanted: a judge who hates Trump and everything his supporters stand for. California threw a fit because their latest voter fraud case—one about stopping noncitizens from voting—landed with a judge appointed by President Trump. That proved too risky for the left, so, like clockwork, the case was snatched away and handed to a Biden-era darling, a judge who already trashed the DOJ and accused conservatives of threatening democracy.
The left never loses time rigging the system in their favor. When it comes to voting integrity, Democrats circle the wagons faster than you can blink. California knows that stamping out noncitizen voting would destroy their hold on power. No wonder they desperately fought for a judge who thinks any effort to clean up the voter rolls or demand citizenship is somehow an attack on “democracy.” Only in deep blue America does blocking foreigners from voting get called undemocratic.
It should send chills down the spine of every real American that this same judge once accused the DOJ of hiding their true goals. Translation: anyone who wants election security gets smeared as a “threat.” The left loves playing judge-and-jury, calling every effort to stop fraud an act of hate. They want open borders, open polls, and open season on American values—all to keep globalists and leftists in control.
Let’s not kid ourselves. The so-called “justice” system is being gamed. Activist judges are given the power to block any law—no matter how common-sense—that gets in the way of the Democrats’ grip on power. The game plan is obvious: move cases away from judges appointed by Trump and hand them to judges who hate everything he stands for. Forget impartiality. This is about stacking the deck.
How much longer are Americans supposed to watch our courts become tools for the radical left? At what point do we stop pretending this is fair? California and its political cronies have no shame. Their only goal is to make sure anyone can vote—even if they aren’t Americans. If that’s not the definition of anti-American, what is?
