Texas Democrat James Talarico, a man who claims to stand for families and values, has once again shown just how low the left will sink. Let’s not dance around the truth—Talarico’s appearance at a Pride festival where an 11-year-old child was paraded as a drag performer is a disgraceful display of liberal “tolerance” run amok. While parents across America worry about keeping their kids safe, Talarico and his allies seem more interested in pushing sick agendas onto children who should be nowhere near this kind of show.
For years, conservatives have warned that the Democrats’ obsession with gender politics would come for America’s children. Here we are, watching it play out right before our eyes. An 11-year-old should be out playing with friends or studying, not being applauded for dressing in drag by a crowd of adults—including candidates for the United States Senate. This isn’t about pride. It’s about robbing children of their innocence under the banner of “acceptance.” The left pushes so hard for “freedom of expression”—but apparently, common sense isn’t allowed at their parties.
What’s worse? Talarico’s cronies try to brush this off like it’s no big deal. The same liberal elites who scream about “protecting kids” from traditional American values are clapping along as those same kids are exploited for cheap political points. Imagine the outrage if a conservative had done even a fraction of this. The media would be burning up. Instead, they turn a blind eye because Talarico has the right party next to his name.
This is the ugly reality when Democrats are left unchecked. They want to tear down every cultural norm in America. Faith, family, innocence—nothing is sacred anymore. It’s about control, about forcing ordinary Americans to swallow whatever bizarre ideology comes next, courtesy of globalist talking points and left-wing donors. Anyone who questions it? They’re smeared as “bigots” and “un-American.”
Americans need to wake up and see what’s happening. If we allow people like Talarico to keep getting away with these sick stunts, what other lines will they cross? How much more proof do we need that the radical left has lost all sense of decency? Are we really supposed to let this become the new normal in America?
