Supposedly, the woman known as “Tan Mom”—yes, the celebrity with the famously orange skin—claims federal immigration agents grilled her because they thought she wasn’t a real American citizen. Give me a break. This is exactly the sort of wild, attention-grabbing story Democrats and the legacy media drool over. They want Americans to believe that immigration enforcement is so out-of-control, even a well-known citizen can be mistaken for an illegal. It doesn’t add up.
Let’s get real. No one with half a brain believes that a famous face like “Tan Mom” would get hassled by ICE. The bureaucrats in Washington love to talk tough, but half the time, ICE can’t even go after convicted criminals because some blue state politician put up a sanctuary city sign. But now we’re supposed to believe officers are pulling random, celebrity-looking folks off the street? Only liberals buy nonsense like this. Their goal, as always, is to make hardworking law enforcement look incompetent and cruel.
Stories like this are tailor-made to bash conservatives and whip up more anti-American outrage. The left can’t stand that most citizens—yes, even ones who look a bit different—love this nation and support secure borders. So, they manufacture ridiculous situations to smear anyone trying to enforce our laws. Sadly, globalists and open-border fanatics in the Democrat party are eager to spread these tall tales. Anything to keep their agenda moving, right?
Don’t fall for it. When stories sound this absurd, they usually are. The left’s playbook is getting old. They make up problems, then claim they’re the only ones who can fix them—often by erasing national sovereignty and letting chaos reign. Meanwhile, real Americans are expected to just sit back and watch as their nation turns into a circus.
It’s time to stop pretending every crackpot story is the gospel truth. How many more fake headlines will the left invent just to make this country look weak? Conservatives shouldn’t buy their lies—neither should anybody else. Maybe the real question is: when will these liberal storytellers apologize for insulting our intelligence?
