There is horror in Massachusetts. A mother stands accused of doing the unthinkable—allegedly strangling her own two children, just 6 and 7 years old. Not only that, the facts suggest she sedated them first, giving those innocent children a mix of drugs before robbing them of their lives. It’s a tragedy beyond words, and it begs the question—what is happening in our society?
This kind of evil doesn’t emerge out of nowhere. For years, the left has worked overtime to undermine the family. They say mothers can be fathers, fathers can be mothers, and anyone unhappy with parenthood deserves an “out,” no matter who gets hurt. Our culture celebrates so-called “choice” and “freedom” while forgetting the basic responsibilities that hold civilization together: protect our children, defend the family, respect life.
But now we see the consequences. Liberal ideologues flood the airwaves with excuses for parental failures. The system bends over backward for adults, making every excuse in the book—mental health, financial stress, society’s pressures—anything except calling evil by its name. Meanwhile, our kids pay the price. Politicians on the left scream about rights but fall silent on protecting the innocent from harm, even when that harm comes from within their own homes.
Let’s not ignore reality. When parents can slip drugs to their children and strangle them in their beds, something is desperately wrong. Where are the champions of “safe spaces” and “mental health awareness” now? They’re too busy patting themselves on the back for rewriting what it means to be a family, for normalizing dysfunction under the banner of progress.
When will we admit the truth? A culture that unravels the family fabric and excuses every crime in the name of “understanding” creates monsters. Two precious children are gone forever. How many more will suffer before we wake up? Or is this the future the left wants—one where even mothers can’t be trusted to love, protect, and cherish their own kids?
