That’s right—unelected judges have decided the government can’t even take basic steps to protect young people from untested, life-altering drugs. Liberals are cheering this, like it’s some big win for “progress.”
The government had actually taken a cautious approach. They saw the uncertainty swirling around these drugs—long-term risks, unknown results—and decided to hit pause. Other countries, even some in Europe, have put strict rules in place, realizing these treatments are no joke. But in this globalist era, the left can’t stand anyone who dares question their gender ideology. So they ran straight to the courts.
Activist judges gladly played along. Instead of siding with families and the health of children, they caved under pressure. They struck down the ban, opening the door for big pharma and woke lobbyists to push their radical agenda. If you think this kind of judicial activism couldn’t happen in America, just look at how quickly free speech and parental rights are being chipped away here, too.
Anyone with common sense can see what’s at stake. Kids cannot give truly informed consent for irreversible drugs that change their bodies forever, especially when the science is still murky. The left talks big about “science,” but ignores it when it’s inconvenient. Their hypocrisy knows no bounds.
The real losers? Young people lost in confusion, parents desperate to protect their kids, and anyone who believes in traditional values. Let’s call this what it is: another example of liberal elites putting their twisted ideology ahead of the safety of the next generation. How much longer will we let unelected judges and globalist interests decide what’s best for our kids?
