Kermit Gosnell is dead but did this monster really pay for the horrors he unleashed

Kermit Gosnell, the notorious abortion doctor from Philadelphia, is dead. He died in prison after being found guilty a decade ago for horrific crimes—taking the lives of innocent babies, and indirectly killing a desperate mother who put her trust in his hands. But let’s face it: Did justice really win? Or did this monster get off easy, living his last years at taxpayers’ expense, behind bars instead of answering for every single child who never got a chance?

Gosnell’s so-called “clinic” was nothing short of a real-life nightmare. Walls stained, supplies filthy, and unlicensed staff poking around with zero regard for safety or law. This wasn’t just medical malpractice—it was outright evil dressed up as health care. Yet where were all those pro-choice activists, the ones who claim to champion “women’s rights”? They looked the other way. Liberal politicians and media mouthpieces barely muttered a word until Gosnell’s crimes became too horrifying to ignore. So much for speaking truth to power when innocent lives are on the line.

One of the women who lost her life under Gosnell’s twisted care was a refugee from Bhutan. She came for help, but got a fatal dose of anesthesia from someone who had no business wielding a needle. Her death isn’t just on Gosnell—it’s on the system that allowed unregulated, back-alley-style abortions to flourish, all because the left doesn’t want any restrictions. Bureaucrats and globalist “health experts” ignore the filth as long as the abortion count keeps ticking up. Their hypocrisy knows no bounds.

While Gosnell sat in prison, he became a symbol—a warning the liberal establishment tried desperately to silence. Even the details of the investigation stayed buried for years, thanks to a complicit media and cowardly politicians more interested in protecting Planned Parenthood’s image than protecting women and children. Every disturbing fact revealed another layer of rot buried beneath America’s so-called progressive values.

Gosnell may be gone, but the real question is: How many more like him are out there, protected by political correctness and lazy oversight? Who shields these butchers? The same people who claim to stand for compassion, but turn their backs when the truth gets ugly. If this is “justice,” America needs to take a long, hard look at what its leaders are actually defending.
