He died in prison after being found guilty a decade ago for horrific crimes—taking the lives of innocent babies, and indirectly killing a desperate mother who put her trust in his hands. But let’s face it: Did justice really win? Or did this monster get off easy, living his last years at taxpayers’ expense, behind bars instead of answering for every single child who never got a chance?

Gosnell’s so-called “clinic” was nothing short of a real-life nightmare. Walls stained, supplies filthy, and unlicensed staff poking around with zero regard for safety or law. This wasn’t just medical malpractice—it was outright evil dressed up as health care. Yet where were all those pro-choice activists, the ones who claim to champion “women’s rights”? They looked the other way. Liberal politicians and media mouthpieces barely muttered a word until Gosnell’s crimes became too horrifying to ignore.
